What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes ranging from S to XXL (2XL).
Are your designs limited edition?
Yes, many of our designs are produced in limited runs, so once they sell out, they may not be restocked. However, if there is a lot of interest in a drop we will considering doing another one.
What materials do you use?
Our shirts are made with Single Jersey fabric of 100% Cotton to ensure comfort and durability.
How can I be notified of drops?
You can be notified of drops by signing up for SMS message alerts aka the Souzou VIP List, or by following the SOUZOU instagram at @souzou_apparel.
Ordering and Payment
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you want to modify or cancel your order, contact the Souzou support email within 24 hours of placing your order. If it beyond that timeframe or after the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do anything.
What payment methods do you accept?
As of right now, we accept all major credit through Shop Pay. This will be subject to change in the future as we expand.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, we are not able to ship outside the US due to high shipping costs. We plan on implementing international shipping in the coming future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or text to monitor its progress.
How long does shipping take?
For pre-orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for production time and quality control. For normal orders or once we receive the pre-ordered items, shipping should take 3-5 business days to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
As of now, shipping is free for all available clothing items! For accessories like stickers or keychains alone, shipping will be around $3-5 depending on the item.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We currently only accept returns for manufacturing defects or items damaged during shipping. Contact our support email within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We don’t currently offer exchanges. You’ll need to return the item and place a new order for the desired size.
What if my order comes damaged?
If you've received a damaged or defective product, please contact our support email souzouapparel@gmail.com and attach a picture of your issue. Once verified, we will send you a replacement and a shipping label to return the damaged item.
