Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window.

Shipping Costs

  • If your return is approved due to a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For any other issues, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, you may request a replacement or a refund.

Refund Processing
