Shipping policy
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (within the US):
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
International Shipping:
- We do not currently offer International Shipping, but that is subject to change at any time.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Pre-Order Policies
- Orders containing Pre-Ordered Products will not be shipped until the item the Pre-Ordered Item is ready to be shipped.
- Please allow Approx. 2-3 weeks after the initial release for your order to be dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain restricted countries (contact us for more details).
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at help@souzoustore.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. However, Souzou Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to retrieve it from the carrier, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
